Spike only processes bank statements and credit card statements. Clients often upload other types of pdf which are unsupported. We have implemented checks for certain frequently occurring unsupported pdfs like South African IDs, CIPC documents, as well as some unsupported bank pdfs like loan statements, investment summaries, and account opening letters.
