How to get Capitec statements

You can use one of the following ways to retrieve Capitc statements:

1. via online banking

2. using the app

via online banking

1. Log on to your online banking account and select the account

2. Select 'View the transaction history for this account'

3. Click 'Show More' to get the previous months' transaction history

4. When you are satisfied with your transaction history (i.e 90 days), select 'Download Statement'

5. When the pop up box appears, choose to safe file and press 'OK'

6. Your statements will be in your downloads folder
