How to get Standard Bank statements

You can use one of the following ways to retrieve Standard Bank statements:

1. via online banking

2. using the app

via online banking

1. Log on to your online banking account and select the account

2. Choose for how many days you would like to download statements i.e. 3 months = 90 days. Click Download.

3. From the 'DOWNLOAD' drop down button choose to download your statements in PDF format

4. You will find your statements in your downloads folder.

1. Log on to your online banking account and select 'MANAGE' and choose 'more'

2. Click 'History and Documents' and choose 'Statements'

3. Click on 'Stamped'

4. You can choose if you want 3 or 6 months statements. Click Download.

5. You will find your statements in your downloads folder.

Using the app

Launch your Standard Bank app and log in

1. When you've selected account select 'DETAILS' from the navigation bar
2. Select 'Your documents'
3. Choose if you want to download 3 or 6 months and select 'Send as an email'
4. Check the details and enter your email address
5. Press send
